Pilanda works across Project & Account Management, with over 14 years of experience across production, events, PR, communication, and integrated marketing.
She began her career in media production, working on TV programs, commercials, music videos, online content, and branded content across a variety of production scales. This gave her a practical understanding of how creative ideas are developed, planned, produced, managed, and delivered in real working conditions.
After years in production, she moved to the agency side, where her work expanded to include campaign management, branding, PR, and marketing communications. Through her roles at Peeti PR and GROUNDCONTROL, an agency and publisher, she has worked on projects that connect events, content, media, and brand experience across different touchpoints.
Her strength is in connecting people and moving projects forward. She works closely with clients, creative teams, production partners, vendors, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders, while leading teams and keeping each project aligned from planning to delivery.
Today, her work focuses on Project & Account Management for integrated campaigns and creative projects that require both creative understanding and strong execution, turning possibilities into reality.
